Download my favorite Y. favorite shows "An error occurred while loading IE favorites" Any ideas?

I recently had a stroke of Vundo Trojan error. Norton, Symantec and adware alert is used every day because you can not get rid of them permanently. The virus is shed daily. Is why I can not download my favorite? By the way does anyone know how to get rid of this damn virus?
