downloaded software to remove spyware, adware, but my office still says my computer is infected, what I can do now?
My background screen changed and now says his computer is infected with spyware. Please remove it and scan and remove any that were detected. Why did not change? I also still get a pop-up that says I have to remove this spyware. No anti-spyware software that detects. Is there any kind there who can help me?
