Is it possible to block a special place for my Internet?

Not a place I want to block from my computer. The filters will not stop because is not porn or anything, but a message board online where people have posted things about a family member and each When I look, I'm angry, but I can not stop go there, so I want to lock. XP lol. I use Firefox.
