Is there a way to prevent a child change the preferences on Google SafeSearch?

I have a son of my browser to "strict" and images for the web. But the only thing to do (not that he knows it yet) is, simply click the Preferences icon beside the search box and change to "strict" to "no filter your search." Is there a way to lock this down? Suggestions?

If your child has a mind at all, no filters, blocking software, or monitoring programs can not be moved. I'm not saying how to raise children, but you can trust him or you. My children have grown up with computers, but are not permitted online or unless his mother was in the audience to see them. There were no computers in private rooms, my wife and I knew what I was there on the net, and so do children. Computers have been in the living room. So we have. Just think in your mind how would or could happen if you have unlimited access to porn unimaginable when they were 13. I do not know about you but I went straight for her.

Is there wireless routers that have parental controls?

ATT Yahoo DSL use as our ISP. We have a wireless router 2Wire works very well, but does not provide any parental control. I have a couple of kids who have laptops and want to limit where they go from Internet. Is there a wireless router that has parental controls and will work with ATT DSL? Please note: not want to install the software on their laptops, because they will find a way around that. I want to control Internet access on the wireless router.

A quick search located some routers that have parental controls. D-Link and ZyXEL both seem to have routers with built-in parental controls.
