If no these I would recommend these, to remove problems – permanently. http://superantispyware.com SUPERAntiSpyware update and do a full scan. Spybot Search and Destroy http://safer-networking.org update, immunize and scan. CCleaner http://ccleaner.com two scans with this, CCleaner and the registry, but repeating the registration until nothing is detected. Will need to disable System Restore until you know your equipment is clean because some types of infection and re-hiding of the points restoration.
